This notice explains what information Wasatch Window Screen Repair collects when you request a quote or contact us, and how it is used. We keep it simple and collect only what we need to quote and schedule your screen work.
What we collect
When you fill out a quote or inquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email, ZIP code, and notes about the screens.
If you upload or text photos, we receive those images so we can measure and price the work.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare a quote, reach out with that quote, schedule a visit, and follow up about the job. That is it.
Photos you send
Photos are used to estimate and complete your repair. We will not use a photo of your home or screens in marketing or anywhere public without asking you first.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number, you agree we may text you about your quote and appointment. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop texting at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service (for example, a scheduling or payment tool) or where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@wasatchscreenrepair.com. We will take care of it promptly.
