Service terms

We repair, rescreen, and replace window and door screens, including screen doors and patio / sliding doors. Bent-frame, new-frame, and specialty work is handled by custom quote.

As a focused screen specialist, work outside of screens is not part of the service.

Everyday work is offered at flat prices. We confirm the exact price from your photos (or on-site) before any work begins, so there are no surprises at the end.

A quote based on photos may be adjusted if the screens in person differ from what the photos showed. If so, we will tell you before proceeding.

Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree otherwise in advance. We will let you know which payment methods are accepted when we schedule.

We will agree on a time that works for you. For on-site service, please make sure the screens and the areas around them are reachable. If we cannot access the screens at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule.

We take care to do the job right. If something is not right with work we performed, contact us and we will look at it and work with you to resolve it.

Screens protect against insects and debris; they are not security devices and are not designed to keep people or pets from pushing through. Older frames and hardware can be brittle, and we will point out any risk we notice before working on them.

Need to cancel or move an appointment? Just let us know ahead of time and we will reschedule. Service is available all across the Wasatch Front.
