Brittle mesh, tired spline, the occasional odd-size frame. We re-mesh what you have, on-site, and quote frame rebuilds from a photo when a frame is past saving.
Renting or managing units? We do batches — a whole fourplex or a row of turnover units in one visit — with a flat per-screen price and an invoice you can expense. Pet-resistant mesh is $30 more per screen for the dog-park regulars.
