Mesh that has baked on a south-facing wall for twenty years tears the first time a gust hits it. We re-mesh the existing frame on-site, spline included, so it stays tight.
Bigger east-bench homes mean twenty or thirty screens; we handle the whole house in one scheduled visit with a flat per-screen price. Pet-resistant mesh is $30 more per screen for the patio door the dog uses.
